Fellowship

Ms. Pauline Hörschelmann

“During my internship at the Bidhi Research and Policy Institute, I had the opportunity to explore Nepal-specific topics, such as its electoral system and the impact of climate change. I contributed to ongoing projects and research initiatives. Moreover, I was able to write a blog post, create a detailed report based on my research and analysis of 2026 election data, and develop infographics about current and important topics. I had the opportunity to learn from and work with a dedicated, inspiring, and experienced team that helped me grow professionally and academically. As a result, I strengthened my research and public communication skills. I greatly appreciate the experience and support I received throughout the internship, and I would like to thank the entire team at the Centre for Social Change.”

Mr. Cemil Kaan Köseali

“During my internship at the Centre for Social Change, I had the opportunity to explore Nepal’s political and social landscape and contribute to ongoing research projects. My main task was to analyse the Government’s 100-Point Plan by collecting and comparing information from government and media sources, which allowed me to apply quantitative research methods in a practical setting for the first time. I also worked on topics including the Rasuwa Flood, governance, and public administration. Through these experiences, I strengthened my research, data analysis, information verification, and communication skills, while gaining a deeper understanding of Nepal’s society and political system. Working with the dedicated and supportive CSC team also helped me develop my intercultural communication skills and adapt to a new environment. I am grateful to the CSC and the entire team for their guidance, support, and the valuable experience I gained during my stay in Nepal.”
